Arrival & Check-In
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 5:00pm. We use a secure self check-in system — full instructions are included in your booking confirmation. If you’re hoping for an early check-in, just let us know — we’ll text you as soon as the bungalow is ready.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00am. If there’s no booking after yours, a late check-out may be possible — we’ll let you know by text.
Is there parking?
Yes — there is private, level parking right outside the front door. No steps between your car and the entrance.
The Property
Is the bungalow really single-level?
Yes. There are no internal stairs or steps anywhere in the property — from the car park to every room. The bathroom is a walk-in wet room.
What are the bedrooms?
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The property sleeps up to 4 guests.
Is linen included?
Yes. All bed linen and towels are provided. No need to pack your own.
Is WiFi included?
Yes — high-speed WiFi is included. The password is provided in your booking confirmation. We don’t publish it publicly for security reasons.
What heating does the property have?
The bungalow has central heating linked to solar panels via smart controls. We set it to a comfortable 21°C for mornings and evenings, and 19°C midday and overnight. You’ll always arrive to a warm home.
Is there a garden?
Yes — a fully enclosed, private garden. It’s a lovely spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or letting the dogs out safely.
Is a cot or highchair available?
Yes. A travel cot and highchair are available on request — just let us know when you book.
Dogs & Pets
Are dogs welcome?
Yes — up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at no extra charge. The garden is fully enclosed, which makes it ideal for dogs.
Can you take 3 dogs?
Our limit is 2 dogs, as this is what we consider comfortable in the bungalow. That said, small dogs are different from large ones — if you have small dogs, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
